CIR

The CIR -Center for Interlegality Research- aims at theorizing guidelines to adjudication and decision making on complex/ conflicting legal (regulatory and normative) settings, at governing the interplay between rights and common goods and addressing the problems stemming from inter-systemic issues. It collects empirical data on security, environmental integrity, human rights, the rule of law & democracy, analyses roles and functions of both national and international, administrative and judicial authorities as well as their confrontation in dealing with inter-legal issues. It gathers scholars form several universities in Italy and Europe, supporting its interlegality project in implementing an upgraded approach to law and regulation.
