VPN CLIENT

Institutional Users' PCs (user: n.surname)
1.    Uninstall the previous VPN client, Citrix.
2.    From the University network, install the new FortiClient on your device (do not use Edge): for Windows, for MAC, for Linux Debian and for Linux Rad Hat.
3.    Follow the instructions in the guide attached on the right;
4.    Click “Connect” and enter your institutional credentials: n.surname + password.
5.    Access the Library homepage to view full-text resources.
6.    Once the client is installed, simply open it on your device to connect to the University network and access resources from the Library pages.

Mobile Institutional Users (user: n.surname)
1.    Uninstall the previous VPN client, Citrix.
2.    Download the FortiClient VPN app from the iOS/Android store.
3.    Follow the instructions in the guide attached on the right

PC/Mobile Guest Users (user: gXXXX) 
1.    Uninstall the previous VPN client, Citrix.
2.    Download the client from the producer’s website or app store.
3.    Enter the configuration parameters in the attached document.
