Sant’Anna School is enjoying a period of substantial growth. The School, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary, has continued its progress and the profile of our faculty, new initiatives in teaching, research and internationalization have lifted the visibility and enhanced our reputation from our overall rankings. Sant’Anna School upward trajectory is now reflected by the business and economics league table.

The Times Higher Education rankings’ business and economics league table judges the universities performance across their core mission. Institutions from Italy and 27 countries from around the world have been ranked based on 13 calibrated performance indicators to provide the most comprehensive and balanced comparisons. In Italy, Sant’Anna School and Scuola Normale Superiore remain the country’s only representatives in the global top 200.

The Business & Economics ranking show the US and the UK still dominating the list with Stanford University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Oxford University in the top three.

Overall, the Business & Economics ranking show some universities in Asia, Hong Kong University, Peking University and Singapore University, have continued their progress and, thanks to increases in funding, have entered the top 20. Italy’s universities, Bocconi, Politecnico di Milano, Università di Bologna, Università di Bergamo, and Università di Bolzano, also ranked in the top 200.
