Sant'Anna School participates with 3 innovative projects in the 20th edition of the PNI 2022 "National Award for Innovation" held in L'Aquila

Imeros, MyEcho and NABIS the IIT's project, realized with the cooperation of the Sant'Anna School, are the three finalist projects of the 20th edition of the PNI “National Award for Innovation” which is taking place in l’Aquila on 1 and 2 December

Sant’Anna School is one of the protagonists of the 20th edition of the PNI “National Award for Innovation”, the most important business plan competition in our country, where projects that have passed the regional selecton of the Start Cups, compete.

This year the event is organized by the University of L'Aquila on 1 and 2 December. Sant'Anna School is present with 3 innovative projects, finalists of the 2022 edition: 

Life Sciences MedTech Category: 

  • Imeros -  Integrated MEdical RObotic Solutions - The project concerns the creation of a multisensory apparatus to relieve the manual and routine workload of pathologists, reducing the interpathologist variability.
  • MyEcho - the device offers solutions to standardize the ultrasound procedure, making it accessible even by unqualified and remote personnel.
  • NABIS - NAnostructured on-demand 3D-printed BIostructureS - It is an IIT - Italian Institute of Technology's project, realized with the cooperation of Sant'Anna School.

The speech by Marco Frey, pro-rector of the Outreach and Impact, who partecipates as a member of thr Research and Innovation panel, is scheduled for 2 December. His talk will focus on "The challenges of Technology Transfer" for the Sant'Anna School.
