The Office that handles disciplinary matters (UPD) as regards the Sant’Anna School technical/administrative staff has the task to initiate, pursue and conclude disciplinary proceedings involving the application of the following:

• minor penalties, i.e., more than a verbal reprimand and less than suspension from duty without pay for more than 10 days;
• major penalties, i.e., suspension from duty without pay for more than 10 days.
